本專業培養适應社會主義市場經濟建設需要,德、智、體、美全面發展,具備工商管理的基本理論知識,具備從事管理的基本能力,掌握管理基本方法與技術,具有創新精神和實踐能力,面向企業、事業單位以及政府部門從事管理以及教學、科研服務的應用型專業人才。
專業特色
本專業融知識傳授、能力培養、行業認知和素質提高為一體,強調從創意創新到創業的創新體系培養,全面推行“知識-能力-行業”(Knowledge, Capability,Industry,簡稱KCI)的創新人才培養模式,使學生在調研中深化行業認知,在研究中提高綜合能力,全面提升學生的實踐創新能力和就業競争力,拓寬其職業發展空間。本專業屬于江蘇省級特色專業,依托于企業管理省級重點學科和省級教學實驗示範中心,建有工商管理中央與地方共建實驗室,科研力量雄厚。

管理學、政治經濟學、微觀經濟學、宏觀經濟學、經濟法、管理信息系統、市場營銷、統計學、會計學、财務管理、組織行為學、産業組織理論、人力資源管理、運營管理、公司戰略管理、物流與供應鍊管理、貨币銀行學、管理運籌學、創業管理等。
就業方向及趨勢
本專業畢業生可到外資企業、國有企業、銀行、民營企業等企事業單位從事企業管理工作,到政府部門或其他機構從事管理以及教學、科研服務。近年來,本專業畢業生就業單位多為國有企業、銀行、政府等單位,部分學生考取研究生繼續深造,就業率高,就業趨勢良好。
Training objectives
This major aims to provide graduates who are virtuous and intelligent, and fit the need of the development of socialist market economy. Students are trained with management theories, methods and techniques. They are creative and armed with management capabilities, which make them suitable for positions in enterprises and government departments, as well as the jobs such as teaching and researching.
Characteristics
This major focuses on improving students’ knowledge and capability relied on the system of “from knowledge to capability, and then to industry (KCI)”. The system enlarges students’ career opportunities and enhances their creativity and competitiveness by deepening industry cognition in investigation and improving comprehensive ability in research. Management is an advantaged major with plentiful resources, such as management laboratory supported by central and local governments, and strong research teams.
